Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email account you want to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
